Cream of Broccoli Soup

CHEF FRANCISCO Cream of Broccoli Soup can be purchased in a 4 lb. tub or in a case of 4. Each tub produces one gallon of soup.  Reconstitute with whole milk for best results and heat to serve.
 
 A light soup flavoured with sharp American cheese and other mild seasonings, then topped off with broccoli florets.
