Alfredo sauce mix from the experts at Knorr.  Sold 16 ounce containers for $10.80 each.

Yields 1 gallon of sauce, prepared.

Procedure:

1 In a heavy sauce pan, heat whole milk to 160 degrees. Add mix and stir briskly with a wire whip.

2 Add butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for two minutes with a wire whip.

3 Remove from heat and stir occasionally for one minute. Serve.
