Bernaise sauce mix from the experts at Knorr. Sold in 20 ounce cans for $11.80 each.
Yields 2.5 gallons of sauce, prepared.
Procedure:
1 Melt six pounds of butter or margarine solids over low heat. Blend in mix completely with wire whip.
2 Add 1.5 gallons of milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3 Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
